Job Summary

The Public Relation Associate (PRA) is responsible for assisting in the implementation and execution of strategies and campaigns as directed by the Public Relation Officer. The role involves identifying and recommending potential affiliates, events, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and influencers for approval. The PRA supports the overall objectives of the PR team by ensuring alignment with the company's marketing and public relations goals.

Job Description

  • Achieve 100% of the given quota.
  • Assist in implementing PR campaigns as directed by the Public Relation Officer.
  • Suggest and propose strategies that align with approved PR goals and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Research and identify potential affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and event opportunities.
  • Recommend qualified candidates for approval by the Public Relation Officer.
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing affiliates and influencers.
  • Assist in planning and executing events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure all event-related tasks are executed efficiently and align with the PR strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to develop authentic content.
  • Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of implemented campaigns and provide updates to the Public Relation Officer.
  • Track engagement, reach, and ROI for campaigns involving affiliates and influencers.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports detailing campaign progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • At least a college graduate, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • With or without experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while staying organized meeting deadlines and experience in executing growth plans.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, social media platforms, and content management tools.
