Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact person for assigned clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client's brand, business goals, and marketing needs.
  • Present proposals, strategies, and campaign results to clients.
  • Ensure that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are strictly followed.
  • Build long-term client partnerships by providing excellent service and adding value to accounts.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated with local and global PR, advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Supervise and mentor account executives or junior client service staff.

Job Requirements Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or related courses.
  • At least 5 years' experience in account management, client servicing, PR, or advertising (agency background is an advantage).

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Skilled in relationship management and client engagement.
  • Ability to translate client needs into creative and strategic campaigns.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing/PR strategies.
  • Leadership and people management experience.
