Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission. Specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and feedback loop, business processes and data-driven decision-making.

Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services.

Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Practice responsiveness and attentiveness to customer needs and slips in standards with the objective of identifying key levers that have the greatest impact on quality maintenance, operational efficiencies and unlocking of opportunities.

Generate weekly and monthly reporting and conduct capacity and performance analysis using data analytics.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with excellent marks from a top university.

At least one year of experience in customer support, operations management or significant interest in a role related to service quality.

Highly-organized, detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

You're able to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the task at hand done.

Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.

Data-driven. Passion for working with numbers.

A highly analytical mind and a strong problem solving acumen directed toward a commitment to optimization and efficiency.
