Job Description
As a Digital Operations Specialist, you'll oversee product information workflows, enhance online merchandising accuracy, and collaborate with teams to improve product visibility and user experience. This role ensures every item published online reflects excellence-from content to compliance.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (7.5 hours daily, paid for 8 hours)
Work setup: Hybrid, once-a-week onsite in Makati

The Qualifications We Seek
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce
- Background in Freshdesk and Contentsquare is a plus
- Team player with excellent time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Well-rounded and capable of multitasking effectively
Your Daily Tasks
- Oversee the end-to-end product information workflow for new products, including supplier onboarding, compliance checks, product specifications, content and imagery, classification, and successful online publishing.
- Maintain a centralized tracker to monitor the status, schedule, and forecast for new products, ranges, and brands, ensuring timely onboarding and online availability.
- Ensure high-quality standards for product information by performing regular checks, validating data accuracy, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing and verifying product information and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to support them in loading and managing product information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Coordinate with the online operations team to ensure all new and updated products are accurately published on the website in accordance with SLAs.
- Partner with the Digital Ecommerce Coordinator to gather feedback on new changes, requirements, acceptance criteria, and their impact on digital performance.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across digital projects and platforms.
- Assist in projects involving the review and testing of new functional features and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage CMS and configuration changes within the ecommerce platform to ensure accurate and effective product presentation.
- Work with the merchandise team to help them maximize the use of the PIM platform and support suppliers in onboarding and updating products.
- Review and manage support requests related to product information quality and online product listings in a timely manner, coordinating with suppliers and buyers to resolve issues as needed.
- Collaborate with online, merchandise, and marketing teams to set up and maintain engaging online brand and category landing pages using the content management system (CMS).
