Job Summary:

Operations Specialist Intern will provide support in managing daily operational tasks, focusing on administrative and coordination duties. This role is ideal for a Business Administration student looking to gain real-world experience in business processes, finance coordination, and documentation management. The intern will handle tasks that require attention to detail, patience, and discretion when dealing with confidential information

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and organizing Requests for Payment (RFP)
  • Use basic Microsoft Excel formulas for data entry and reporting tasks
  • Coordinate with the Finance, Billing, and Collection departments for timely processing of documents
  • Help organize files, reports, and other operational records
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Support the operations team in day-to-day tasks requiring patience and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Operations Management course or related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work with cross-functional teams
  • Trustworthy, patient, and able to manage sensitive information responsibly
