Job Purpose:   What is the purpose of the job?

As a Campaign Operations Specialist, you will be a key enabler for the Brand & Campaign team, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of marketing campaigns. You will manage the end-to-end operational setup—from building campaigns in our Webshop backend system to coordinating their on-time launch across multiple countries. Your role demands meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all campaign assets, coupon codes, and reward program elements are fully prepared and flawlessly implemented. You will also provide operational support for promotions, coupon code usage, and reward program activities, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Beyond execution, you will proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve technical performance, and enhance the efficiency of our campaign operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a solutions-focused mindset to keep campaigns running smoothly and successfully.

Principal Accountabilities


•       Campaign Creation & Management: Build campaign landing pages in the Webshop backend system, organize and arrange campaign materials, and ensure all campaigns have the correct (discounted) settings.


•       Campaign Process

Support: Assist Campaign Specialists throughout the campaign lifecycle, adhere to deadlines, and ensure timely go-live for all campaigns.


•       Quality Assurance: Take ownership of campaign quality by verifying that all materials are complete and accurate before go-live.


•       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams involved in campaigns, category management, and brand initiatives,

contributing to project deliverables as assigned.


•       Coupon & Code Management: Help

create, validate, and organize all coupon codes on webshop. Ensure accurate setup, timely delivery, and proper tracking of code usage.


•       Rewards Program

Support: Support daily operations of the rewards program, managing new YOTPO campaign and widget configurations, ensure smooth member experience.


•       Team & Operational Support: Provide other ad-hoc assistance to team members and managers.

Skills, Know-How and Experience


•       Experience: Preferably with foundational knowledge or experience in campaign management or marketing.


•       Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


•       Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.


•       Attention to Detail: Highly efficient, thorough, and meticulous in completing tasks.
