About the role

We're seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our passionate customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and sales support to our valued telecom customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers in finding the best solutions for their needs
  • Process customer orders, upgrades, and changes efficiently and accurately
  • Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecom industry but not required
  • Also newbies / Shifters / with experience are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
