About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at StaffSmart Outsourcing, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time, Dayshift position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa and offers the opportunity to work virtually.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
  3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while delivering excellent customer service
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Preferably with experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet performance targets
  6. Familiarity with customer service software and tools
