In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our healthcare services, delivering top-notch assistance and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly, efficient and empathetic customer service via phone, email and chat
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations
  6. Continuously expanding your knowledge of healthcare products and services

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle complex customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  6. Fluency in English and Filipino with the ability to speak additional languages as an advantage
