LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist | Healthcare to join our dynamic team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our healthcare services, delivering top-notch assistance and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly, efficient and empathetic customer service via phone, email and chat
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of healthcare products and services
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle complex customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Fluency in English and Filipino with the ability to speak additional languages as an advantage
