About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO. In this full-time role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, you will be the front line of our business, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing
- Answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting the resolution process
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent and reliable customer service experience
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer issues
- Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or related setting
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve your skills
