About The Role
You will join our Global Proposals Team, a dedicated group managing pumps, cyclones, and valves proposals worldwide. Working in a truly multinational environment, you'll collaborate across cultures and contribute to projects that bring unique challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret customer enquiries, RFQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for pumps, hydrocyclones, and valves.
- Select products and size equipment based on customer requirements.
- Support estimation and cost development activities.
- Maintain and update proposal logs, ISS tools, and cost databases.
- Prepare clear and accurate order handover documentation for contract execution.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to deliver optimal solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, motivate, and support team members.
- Review and evaluate vendor offers to ensure best-fit solutions.
What You Bring
- 2 - 8 years of experience in proposal management, sales support, or engineering.
- Ability to deliver compliant, professional proposals within deadlines.
- Strong coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Engineering expertise and/or cost estimation experience is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
