The Sales & Marketing Director will be accountable for leading and managing the Sales team. He/She will be responsible for the field sales function (key/chain accounts & general market) for commercial products in the Philippine market (covering all regions in the Philippines); as well as the Marketing function for Middleby Philippines.

The Sales & Marketing Director shall develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and processes; actively participate in strategic account management for the local market; and manage sales and marketing activities to achieve sales objectives.

The Sales & Marketing Director will develop, localize, and implement strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to drive the Toastmaster & Middleby brands market penetration and perception.
