Summary A leading food and beverage group is seeking a visionary Sales and Marketing Director to shape the company's growth strategy, strengthen brand equity, and drive sales across multiple channels. This role is accountable for setting strategic direction, overseeing high-impact marketing campaigns, and aligning sales execution with long-term business goals. Responsibilities Define and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Provide strategic oversight of multi-branch marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions to ensure consistent brand positioning. Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes. Collaborate closely with Operations, Commissary, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with production capacity and new product launches. Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable results and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a strong advantage). 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales/marketing roles, with 2+ years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven track record managing a multi-branch or multi-channel F&B brand, with demonstrated success in brand growth and market development. Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and marketing platforms.
