Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director, based in Binãn/Taguig City. The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales operations, lead and manage a high-performing sales team, and cultivate strong client relationships. The responsibilities also include developing strategic business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service standards to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
  • Proficient in Team Management and leadership of high-performing teams
  • Strong expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate or property development industry is preferred
