Executive Assistant/Sales

Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the President's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence (emails, letters, reports) for the President's review and signature.
- Manage the President's office operations, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle requests and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Assist the President with special projects and initiatives as needed particularly on Sales.
- Organize and manage President-sponsored events, including logistics, invitations, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Relevant work experience in Sales
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discreet and professional demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality.
