Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the President's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence (emails, letters, reports) for the President's review and signature.
  • Manage the President's office operations, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to handle requests and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist the President with special projects and initiatives as needed particularly on Sales.
  • Organize and manage President-sponsored events, including logistics, invitations, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
  • Relevant work experience in Sales
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet and professional demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality.
