  • Supervise all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and seamless functioning.
  • Monitor stock levels, approval of orders for food, beverages, and supplies, and manage them to prevent waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering excellent service.
  • Address guest feedback, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively to guarantee high levels of guest satisfaction across all revenue streams.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, especially during peak times, special events and holidays.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, such as promotional events, to attract guests and promote the restaurant.
  • Analyze sales and financial reports, identify trends, and take corrective actions to maximize profitability and meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain consistent high standards in food quality, presentation, and service delivery in collaboration with the kitchen team.
