Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Biñan, Laguna for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will oversee production processes, implement production planning, and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, analyzing production data for improvements, and ensuring that the production output meets both customer and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Production Engineering and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and machinery.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess, refine, and troubleshoot production challenges effectively.
  • Experience in Production Planning and the ability to forecast, schedule, and manage manufacturing activities to achieve quality and efficiency targets.
  • Knowledge of Quality Control principles and the ability to implement and monitor compliance with industry and safety standards.
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, report findings, and provide clear instructions to production staff.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards or certifications such as the Global Food Safety Initiative or British Retail Consortium (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field and prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
