Business Development Manager

We need a proactive Business Development Manager or Sales Executive who can build strong client relationships, generate new opportunities, and deliver tailored AV, IT, and Security integration solutions. If you're a solution-seller, relationship-builder, and results-driven professional, you'll thrive with us.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads, build a pipeline, and create customized proposals.
· Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
· Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet client objectives.
· Contribute to revenue forecasting and business growth strategies.
· Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Electronics engineering, or related field.
· 5+ years' experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably in systems integration, AV, IT, or security solutions.
· Exposure to solution selling and enterprise accounts is an advantage.
Key Competencies & Skills:
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven.
· Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
· Must have a driver's license. Willing to travel within Central Luzon
Preferred Experience:
· Background in companies such as AVLS/ Microdata, Philcopy, Canon, Copylandia is a plus.
· Has strong network with following industries:
*Schools and Government Agencies
*Should be a resident of Pampanga preferably from Clark.
