Quick Rundown:

The Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving consistent sales growth within the promotional merchandise industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively prospecting old and dormant data through a high volume of outbound calls to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Generating and managing a completely self-built pipeline all revenue must come from your own activity.
  • Continuing to grow and develop accounts you successfully bring on board.
  • Monitoring and tracking sales activity metrics such as call volume, talk time, and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities and results.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and the BPO industry
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth
  • Display polite and professional communication via phone, chat, and email at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking to ensure accurate pricing and markup
