About the Role:

The Global Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will lead the strategy, design, and execution of the company's training and development initiatives globally. The role is pivotal in aligning learning programs with business objectives, enhancing employee capabilities, and supporting a high-performance culture. Operating out of India, this role will serve as a centralized anchor point for all global L&D efforts, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and impact.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Alignment

  • Define and implement a global learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and departmental heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.

Program Design & Execution

  • Design and roll out scalable training programs (technical, functional, leadership) tailored to diverse business verticals.
  • Introduce continuous learning models including microlearning, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.

LMS & Technology Enablement

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and administration of a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Leverage digital tools to drive efficiency and engagement in training delivery.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage and mentor a team of L&D specialists across regions.
  • Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, content development, vendor coordination, and delivery support.

Measurement & Impact Analysis

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Report outcomes to senior leadership and continuously optimize programs based on feedback and data insights.
