About the Role

We are looking for experienced
Workday Package Consultants
to support our client's enterprise HR transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with client teams to
design, implement, and support Workday solutions
across Core HCM, Learning, and Integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on
strategic global projects
that drive impactful change in HR and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with the
    design, configuration, implementation, and support
    of Workday solutions.
  • Perform
    implementation planning, fit-gap analysis, and requirements gathering sessions
    .
  • Configure, test, and deploy
    Workday Core HCM, Learning, and Integration solutions
    (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect).
  • Provide
    post-implementation support
    and resolve issues across multiple HR modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Optimize existing configurations and lead
    knowledge-sharing sessions
    within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    Workday Core HCM, Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect), and/or Workday Learning
    .
  • Understanding of Workday architecture, deployment practices, and configuration.
  • Knowledge of
    Workday Recruiting module
    is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, requirement analysis, and client-facing consulting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across global teams.
