Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial processes across multiple business entities and transition from Excel-based systems to QuickBooks Online. This role offers strong growth potential, as you'll work closely with the accounting team to build efficient workflows and support the financial management of both the healthcare practice and investment operations.
Reconcile receipts across multiple credit cards and bank accounts for several business entities
Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations for healthcare, investment, and charitable organizations
Lead the transition from Excel-based bookkeeping to QuickBooks Online implementation
Manage revenue reconciliation and systematic expense tracking
Accurately process and categorize financial transactions
Maintain well-organized and accessible financial records across business operations
Collaborate with the US-based accounting team to support data entry and core bookkeeping tasks
Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency
Requirements
Accounting degree or equivalent educational background
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Proven experience with bank reconciliations and receipt management workflows
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to work independently while following established procedures
Professional English communication skills for collaboration with the US-based team
Experience with multiple business entities or complex organizational structures (preferred)
