Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling SaaS-based Contact Center Solutions to enterprises and mid-market clients. This role requires a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to understand complex customer requirements in customer experience (CX), omnichannel engagement, and cloud-based contact center platforms.

As a senior member of the sales team, you will be expected to generate new business, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients for SaaS-based Contact Center Solutions.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers (C-level executives, IT, and CX leaders).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with trends in SaaS, cloud telephony, AI-driven CX, and contact center technologies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to support continuous solution improvements.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall sales strategy planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years in SaaS sales (preferably in Contact Center, CX, or Communication solutions).
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, subscription models, and enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts and managing long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of SaaS, cloud, AI, or CX solutions.

Work Setup

  • Location: BGC, Taguig
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
