Job Description: Sales Associate – E-Gaming Business

Position Title: Sales Associate

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Lead / Head of Sales

Employment Type: Full-timeRole Overview

The Sales Associate will support the company's sales and business development efforts in the e-gaming industry. This role focuses on promoting company services, securing new clients (local and international), and assisting in managing relationships with sponsors, partners, and advertisers. The Sales Associate will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities within the gaming ecosystem, including tournaments, streaming, events, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Promote and sell the company's products and services across all brands.
  • Assist in developing proposals and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Support in closing deals with both local and international clients.

2. Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Assist the Sales & Partnerships Officer in securing sponsorships and brand collaborations.
  • Help prepare sponsorship packages and partnership decks.
  • Support client activations during events and campaigns.

3. Account Support & Relationship Management

  • Provide day-to-day support to clients and partners, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries in coordination with the Account Manager and technical team.

4. Event & Campaign Support

  • Support the organization of e-gaming events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Community teams for campaign execution.
  • Represent the company during industry events and networking activities.

5. Reporting & Targets

  • Track personal sales progress against targets.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and market research for management.
  • Provide feedback from clients and partners to improve offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or client relations, preferably within the gaming, esports, or digital media industry (an advantage).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly with international clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for gaming, esports, and digital culture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
