Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the pet care or companion animal industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Passion for Animals: A genuine love and interest in companion animals and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Product Knowledge: A high level of knowledge in pet nutrition and other relevant aspects of pet care.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and execute sales activities effectively.
  • Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers (pet parents) to understand their needs, provide expert advice on pet health and products, and recommend suitable items.
  • Sales & Product Knowledge:Utilize in-depth knowledge of pet foods, supplies, and services to make informed recommendations and drive sales.
  • Sales Targets:Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals and targets by effectively promoting products and encouraging add-on purchases.
  • Store Operations:Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and creating attractive product displays to brand standards.
  • Customer Experience: Create joyful and personalized experiences for customers, fostering strong relationships and generating repeat business.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, provide market feedback, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
