About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive support. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and confidentiality.
You'll help manage daily schedules, perform desk work, preparation of presentation materials and other documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar and appointments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on key action items, and ensure priorities are met.
- Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a personal secretary or Administrative Assistant or Human Resource Personnel is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
