Job Summary
The position is mainly responsible for welcoming visitors and directing them to the concerned staff. Receive incoming calls and obtain calls as requested. And performing other admin-related tasks.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Welcomes guests/visitors in the office, determines the nature and purpose of the visit, and directs them to concerned personnel.
Receives and forwards telephone calls to concerned personnel, and takes messages in the absence of the personnel.
Transmits information or documents to clients, via mail or facsimile machine, in the absence of an Administrative Assistant.
Receives documents and dispatches outgoing mail and documents, as needed.
Assistance in shuttle service arrangement.
Performs miscellaneous duties and tasks deemed relevant by the immediate superior(s) from time to time.
Job Specifications
The successful candidate must have the following minimum qualifications: a minimum of two to three years of experience, a College graduate or has a vocational background in any related course, has the knowledge to use or operate office equipment such as fax and photocopy machine, computer, telephone-PABX based (proprietary phones), and other office equipment, must be flexible, courteous, polite, accommodating and can deal with different types of people, has record maintenance skills, ability to understand and follow simple instructions and procedures, maintain the confidentiality of records and information and maintains calendars and schedule appointments, communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and with pleasing personality.

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
