Job Description:

  • Assist the Compliance Officers in ensuring compliance with the reportorial requirements and other requests of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other regulatory authorities. Reports include, among others, the covered transaction and suspicious transaction reports and the monthly issuance and redemption report
  • Facilitate the application of SEC licenses of Company personnel as well as the renewal thereof
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on different compliance concerns
  • Assist in corporate secretarial requirements of the Company
  • In general, act as a point person in all legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters
  • Organize and maintain documents in a paper and electronic filing system
  • Provide administrative support for the legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial team as necessary
  • Performs all other duties as assigned and with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of related work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Background/experience working in either a legal or financial industry is an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and good attention to detail
  • Can work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Must be willing to work on-site at Ortigas, Pasig City
