Job Summary:
The Sales and Administrative Assistant provides support to the sales team and management by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales documentation, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, sales reports, and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with clients as needed
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory monitoring, and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments for sales-related concerns
- Perform general office duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course (preferred)
- Experience in sales support or administrative work is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
