JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Operations Admin Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the franchising food and commissary business by providing administrative, logistical and documentation support to the operations team and franchise partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist daily operations of the branch.
  • Preparation of documentation needed such as budget requisition, sales report and compliance.
  • Monitoring of permits, contracts and insurance.
  • Ensuring all franchise data are encoded in the monitoring/database.
  • Willing to assist in conducting training with the marketing team.
  • Assist in collecting weekly sales report and inventory summary.
  • Can check discrepancies between reported sales and deposits.
  • Can do petty cash liquidation report for operations-related expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any courses.
  • With similar role and experience is an advantage.
  • Computer Literate and keen to details.
