Job Description:

Luck Garden Seafood Restaurant is hiring an HR and Admin Assistant to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This role involves handling recruitment, employee records, timekeeping and payroll, and general admin tasks to help ensure smooth internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain and organize employee records
  • Monitor attendance and leaves
  • Prepare HR-related documents and reports
  • Support admin tasks such as filing, inventory logs, and office coordination
  • Support admin tasks in monitoring facilities
  • Help with employee engagement activities
  • Process Timekeeping and Payroll

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of HRDM, Psychology, Business Admin, or any related course
  • With at least 6 months of HR/Admin experience (preferred but not required)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work from Monday - Saturday
