QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sales admin, customer service or office admin, preferably at least 1 year experience
  • Strong attention to details with excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptable to work for extended hours during peak season
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy in handling sales documents and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow through
  • Ability to support a team and work independently

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate weekly and monthly schedule of the team thru kiss flow
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, promotional materials and event paraphernalia's
  • Handle general administrative tasks (filing, documentation, correspondence)
  • Support Sales Team in attending events, Bridal Fairs and Food Tasting
  • Support Sales forecasting and pipeline management through data entry
  • Updating and Cascading of New Contracts & BEO to 17 departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
