Sales and Admin Assistant

A. JOB OBJECTIVES
Provides clerical and minor technical support for the sales department of a company or major organization. Recordkeeping responsibilities may include sales reports, expense reports, offtake reports, downloading data from electronic databases, and other admin matters.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Reading
- Daily sending outbound reading per SKU/ Depot
Re-supply Monitoring
- Daily update and monitoring of forecast, resupply and actual sales
- Monitor inbound CSL
Auditor Deployment
- Daily checking of attendance and store compliance of the COC display
- Verifying trade visit of auditors and monitoring of hit rat
Offtake Reading
2x per month report of the offtake reading:
- Total National
- Stores with Auditors Deployment
- On Shelf Availability Report
- On shelf availability performance checking
Abilities Required:
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player
- Ability to adapt easily to new assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate good judgment and be able to respond quickly to requests
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Have a high level of professionalism
- Willing to work at Eastwood, Quezon City
