URGENT HIRING: HR GENERALIST – CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (Cebu Deployment)

We are in search of a highly skilled HR Generalist with a strong foundation in all facets of Human Resources and broad hands-on experience, preferably within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and versatile HR professional who can effectively partner with management and employees to ensure seamless HR operations. Location: Cebu City

Core Functions (3 Cores):
  1. Talent Management & Recruitment – End-to-end recruitment process, workforce planning, onboarding, and talent retention.
  2. Employee Relations & Compliance – Handling employee concerns, disciplinary cases, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
  3. HR Operations & Performance Management – Overseeing HR administration, payroll support, performance evaluation, training, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
  • Efficient and timely recruitment and onboarding of qualified candidates.
  • Positive and compliant employee relations climate with minimized labor disputes.
  • Accurate and efficient execution of HR operations, records, and processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Time-to-fill vacancies: Within 30–45 days depending on role criticality.
  • Employee satisfaction & retention rate: Achieve at least 90% positive employee engagement score.
  • Compliance accuracy: Zero major violations in DOLE audits and 100% timely submission of reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of extensive HR experience, with strong exposure to construction or related industries.
  • Well-versed in labor laws, HR best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
