Pacific Corporation is seeking a dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient financial operations of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process and record financial transactions, such as invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other accounting documents
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or any relative course
  • Newly graduate is highly encourage
  • Knowledgeable on bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • Knowledgeable with bookkeeping softwares (XERO, peachtree) and Microsoft office suites (excel)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Can work under less or minimum supervision
