Accounting Staff

We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Associate to join the Finance team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation. This is a full-time role based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila. In this position, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our residential property development.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, statements, and schedules
• Provide support in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Maintain organised financial records and documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
