Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy / Development:

o Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for OTC supplement products to achieve growth objectives and maximize market presence.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs.

o Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.

• Marketing Plan Execution:

o Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

o Manage the creation of marketing materials; including advertising, promotions, and product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

o Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising to drive traffic and conversion.

• Key Account Management:

o Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.

o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between brand strategies and sales objectives.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

o Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and campaign effectiveness.

o Prepare regular reports and presentations updates, highlighting key insights and recommending actionable improvements.

o Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies as needed to stay competitive.

o Ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

• Team Collaboration and Leadership:

o Provide guidance and support to key account specialists and collaborate with other departments, including sales, purchasing, RA, and finance.

o Manage external agencies and vendors as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Experience:

o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on consumer OTC supplements or related consumer health products.

o Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising.

o Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and executing marketing strategies.

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.

o Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems.

o Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based but may travel occasionally to meet with key accounts, participate in industry events and outside meetings.
