About the role
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at . This is a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service
What you'll be doing
- Effectively manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our products, services, policies, and promotions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while delivering excellent customer service
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
