About the Role:
We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives with a background in collections If you're confident, goal-driven, and enjoy helping customers settle their accounts, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and update account details.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Meet collection targets while providing excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 months BPO experience (financial/collections)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
- Comfortable with a night shift schedule
- Can start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
