Job Summary:

We're looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and clients — assisting with inquiries, claims, appointments, and other healthcare-related concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to patients, members, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
  • Document and update customer records in the system with accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO, sales, or customer service role (preferred but not required).
  • No BPO experience? No problem Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
  • Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Amenable to work onsite in Araneta & Bonifacio site and on night shift schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to be trained and to grow in the healthcare industry.
