About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be based in the Philippines and work remotely with the Canada ManagementTeam. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and executing marketing strategies, driving campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. You'll collaborate closely with leaders in Canada while managing local execution in the Philippines—playing a key role in strengthening the brand, engaging customers, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that highlight our products and services.
  • Research market trends and customer needs to guide campaign ideas.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels—online and offline.
  • Lead the creation of ads, digital content, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Solid background in marketing, with experience managing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices.
