The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver impactful online content.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive and creative social media strategy and create content timelines based on various campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain daily social media operations (including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
  • Write engaging copy and captions; develop creative campaign ideas and slogans for social media content.
  • Brainstorm & collaborate with designers to ensure all content is informative, creative, visually appealing, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Monitor SEO performance and user engagement, and recommend content optimization strategies.
  • Monitor KOL videos and select high-quality videos for boosting arrangement
  • Develop digital advertising plans and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Produce ad copy for media buys (e.g., SEM, Discovery Ads, Facebook CTW, etc.) and track campaign performance once launched.
  • Monitor competitor activity and prepare regular analysis reports.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Creativity in Social campaign & design idea output
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with key social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with a creative mindset.

Working Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday (five days a week)
