About the role

Stealth Global Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising the company's pricing strategies and driving revenue growth across our Hospitality & Tourism portfolio.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your analytical skills and commercial acumen will be instrumental in shaping our business success.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies
  • Forecast and monitor key performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, average daily rates, and revenue per available room
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal pricing and inventory management across our portfolio of hospitality and tourism offerings
  • Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability, and implement data-driven initiatives to achieve these goals
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting performance trends and recommending strategic actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in revenue management
  • Mentor and train junior members of the team to develop their revenue management expertise

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in revenue management or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in using revenue management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey recommendations to stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality and tourism sector
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members
