Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm QLD, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: QLD, AU Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri
Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Team Coordinator to support our client's commercial real estate operations in Queensland. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proven experience in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the directors and senior leadership team with marketing, administration, and coordination tasks that ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate marketing materials, including LinkedIn content, information memorandums, flyers, and related collateral.
· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
· Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including the directors.
· Analyse and interpret data from recent transactions for reporting and insights.
· Organize marketing quotes, manage subscriptions, and track renewals.
· Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the directors.
· Plan and manage work-related events, ensuring smooth execution.
· Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects as required.
Skills & Experience
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven experience in the commercial real estate sector (essential).
· Proficiency in InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively solve problems.
· Professional and client-focused approach.
