Join our dynamic hospitality support team as an Inbound Sales Representative, where you'll assist travelers in booking accommodations, provide expert guidance on hotel options, and ensure a seamless reservation experience. This role blends customer service with sales, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping people plan memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers seeking hotel bookings and travel-related inquiries
  • Recommend suitable accommodations based on customer preferences, budget, and availability
  • Upsell additional services such as room upgrades, amenities, or travel packages
  • Provide accurate information on hotel policies, pricing, and promotions
  • Process reservations and modifications efficiently using booking systems
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Willing to work onsite and in a shifting schedule
  • High school graduate or higher; college level preferred
  • Familiarity with reservation systems or CRM tools is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
