Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, outbound, and inbound call leads. Calling clinics and hospitals for medical supplies.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints promptly.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals to clients.

Use CRM software to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred).

Proven work experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.

Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
