Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for both existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations using the client's ERP system.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions effectively.
  • Provide dedicated pre-sales support and thorough post-sales follow-up.
  • Engage regularly with customers to build and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns to warm and cold leads provided via CRM.
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales quotas, consistently meeting KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide valuable feedback for product improvement.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services, ensuring familiarity with key features and functionality to effectively address customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of solid sales experience.
  • Preferably with B2B experience and a proven track record in selling a wide range of products and services, ideally across large catalogs in the US market.
  • Background in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in pricing, delivery processing, and closing sales.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships.
  • Experience handling both outbound and inbound sales calls, driving revenue through effective customer engagement.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
  • Able to start ASAP
