Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, handle quotations, and build strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound sales calls for existing and new customers.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations using the client's ERP system.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions effectively.
  • Provide pre-sales support and post-sales follow-up.
  • Engage regularly with customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns to warm and cold leads via CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs on call volume, conversions, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and share feedback for improvement.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of strong sales experience.
  • Preferably with B2B experience and proven success selling diverse products/services, ideally in the US market.
  • Background in medical/healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, pricing, and sales closing abilities.
  • Proven track record in maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound sales calls with strong customer engagement.
