About the role

Stealth Global Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our key hotel partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets for assigned hotel accounts
  • Managing a portfolio of hotel clients, building strong relationships and acting as the key point of contact
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads to expand the hotel client base
  • Negotiating contract terms and rates with hotel partners to secure the best possible deals
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Preparing sales reports and presentations to update management on performance and strategy
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or account management
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of the hotel industry, including market dynamics, trends and competitors
  • Ability to analyse data, identify insights and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
