Position Overview: As a Restaurant Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the restaurant premises, guests, and staff. Your primary role will be to maintain a safe environment by patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to incidents as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol restaurant premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify disruptions or unlawful activities.
  • Respond promptly to requests for assistance and alarms, and take necessary action to resolve issues.
  • Escort employees or guests to parking areas upon request, ensuring their safety.
  • Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to management and law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal actions and reassure restaurant guests and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and regulations.
  • Assist in emergency situations, such as fire evacuation or medical emergencies, by guiding guests to safety.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred.
  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
  • Good physical condition, capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Willing to undergo training
